Virgin Voyages has officially wrapped its epic trio of ‘Celebration Voyages’ for 2025, delivering three back-to-back, sold-out sailings that brought the brand’s music-driven spirit to life in unforgettable fashion.

With legendary headliners including Latin superstar Nicky Jam, Spice Girl icon Melanie C, and disco legend Kathy Sledge, the voyages struck a high note with Sailors and generated a wave of media and social buzz that’s still echoing long after disembarkation.

“Honestly, it was just a blast!” said the Travel Editor of OK!Magazine USA. “You’ve got world-class artists performing steps away from you, the vibe on board is electric, and somehow it still feels effortlessly cool. Virgin really knows how to throw a party and make it feel like a proper getaway, too.”

Each voyage fused Virgin’s signature style — elevated, edgy and undeniably fun — with the star power of artists whose music spans generations.

From electric DJ sets and poolside performances to Q&As, surprise meet-and-greets and epic Scarlet Night moments, more than seven thousand Sailors were treated to a one-of-a-kind experience that only Virgin Voyages could deliver.

“Music is deeply rooted in our brand DNA, and our Celebration Voyages are a testament to how we bring that legacy to life at sea,” said Jamie Douglas, Director of Immersive Experiences at Virgin Voyages. “We’ve created something that goes far beyond entertainment to be immersive, intimate and unforgettable.”

Highlights from the 2025 series included:

  • Nicky Jam set the Caribbean ablaze aboard Valiant Lady with an electrifying, Latin-infused poolside performance of his latest hit, “Hiekka” — calling on Sailors to shake their hips, surrender to the rhythm and let the music guide them, lyrics or not.
  • Melanie C turned Scarlet Lady’s itinerary into a full-blown, Spice-fueled celebration, blending throwback girl-power anthems with modern beats. With a crowd on fire, she brought unmatched energy and connection to the stage, sparking a sea of dancing from start to finish.
  • Kathy Sledge transformed Resilient Lady’s top deck into a joyful dance floor from the moment soundcheck began with more than 200 Sailors spontaneously showing up to start the party at 10 a.m! Kathy’s set, including the ultimate performance of “We Are Family,” embodied the spirit of community, joy and movement.

The voyages not only thrilled Sailors on-board, but also made waves across entertainment outlets and social platforms with fans and influencers sharing standout moments, behind-the-scenes content and glowing reviews.

With future artist-led sailings already in the works, the success of the 2025 Celebration Voyages proves Virgin Voyages continues to set the standard for bold, unexpected and unforgettable vacations at sea.

Looking ahead to 2026, Virgin Voyages is rebranding this series as the ‘Red Hot Sailing Club Voyage’.

This next evolution of Celebration Voyages will continue to celebrate Virgin Voyages’ deep ties to music, entertainment and culture  all while rewarding the brand’s most loyal Sailors.
