Hebridean Island Cruises has announced that internationally best-selling cookery book author and broadcaster, Coinneach MacLeod – better known as the Hebridean Baker, is to join two ‘Flavours of the Hebrides’ sailings on Hebridean Princess in October 2026 and April 2027.

Born and raised in the Outer Hebrides, Coinneach MacLeod is celebrated for his island-inspired baking, storytelling and deep connection to Gaelic culture.

As a guest speaker on Hebridean Princess, he will bring the flavours and heritage of the Hebrides to life, sharing insights into Scotland’s food traditions alongside the ship’s outstanding cuisine which is created using the finest local produce.

On both ‘Flavours of the Hebrides’ sailings, the carefully curated itineraries explore the culinary riches of the Highlands and Islands.
