Margaritaville at Sea is rolling out High Tide Market, a bright, bustling new food hall that reimagines casual dining at sea.
Launching first aboard Margaritaville at Sea Paradise in January 2026, the venue levels up the line’s buffet with more choice, more energy, and a modern approach to dining that demonstrates the cruise line’s commitment to implementing guest feedback in a timely manner.

High Tide Market will feature a mix of fan favorites and brand-new concepts, including:
- Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria – returning with its signature stone-baked pies
- Mexican Cutie Cantina –build-your-own tacos, bowls, and island-inspired bites
- Slice of Paradise Desserts – an all-new indulgent dessert bar
- License to Chill Sandwich Shack – fresh sandwiches and beach-day classics
After its debut on Paradise, High Tide Market will open next aboard the all-new Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber, followed by a newly enhanced version slated for Margaritaville at Sea Islander in 2027. This marks one of the cruise line’s largest coordinated dining upgrades to date.

In addition to High Tide Market, Paradise also recently announced the shift to new weekday 4-night and weekend 3-night itineraries, which begin in 2026.
These feature stops in Nassau, Key West, and Freeport – ideal for quick, affordable escapes and flexible scheduling. The new deployments offer higher commissions to travel advisors, opening up larger audiences.
High Tide Market debuts January 2026 aboard Paradise. Fleetwide rollout continues through 2027.
