With these cruises, the cold season can be easily forgotten: From now on, new cruises around Africa with AIDAstella and AIDAprima can be booked in the 2025/2026 winter season.
The dream destination of Africa is on the agenda on a wide variety of routes – for example, the two-week journey from Cape Town to Tenerife or the 57-day globetrotter trip from Hamburg via South Africa and Mauritius to the Orient.
AIDAstella and AIDAprima will make their way to their winter cruising areas next fall. For AIDAstella, Cape Town in South Africa is the destination and then the starting point for numerous voyages along the southeast coast of Africa as well as to the paradisiacal islands of Mauritius, Seychelles and Madagascar.

AIDAprima will take off from Hamburg on October 3, 2025 for the Orient. On the way there, the cruise ship circles the Cape of Good Hope before the glittering world of the Emirates appears at the bow.
The cruises offer a mix of cultural diversity, natural beauty, real seafaring feeling and exclusive comfort.
In spring 2026, both cruise ships will have to say goodbye to Africa. The trans trips to Antalya, Mallorca or the Canary Islands combine a wide variety of destinations and experiences.
The breathtaking beauty of the Namib Desert, the view of Cape Town from Lion’s Head, the wildlife of the South African savannah can be discovered on each of these trips.
The new routes added to the program offer many combination options and the opportunity to visit some of the most spectacular places in the world.
